All orders will be processed within 3 business days, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. Once your order is dispatched we will send you a second email with a confirmation and instructions on how to track your order.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during normal business hours (8:00 to 18:00), please note that orders may require a signature on delivery.
We appreciate you may not always be at home to receive a delivery, so we offer you the option to specify an alternative daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange a pick up or further drop off of goods if the customer misses the original delivery, we take no responsibility for goods after the first delivery attempt.
