exchanges and returns
We hope that you enjoy your new items however we also understand that it is difficult ordering online, and that you might get the size wrong or prefer another colour so we are very happy to exchange or refund unworn and unmarked goods.
In order to make an exchange or return, goods must be returned to us in their original packaging, in a saleable condition, with labels intact and accompanied by the purchase invoice. We must receive the goods within 14 days of the purchase date.
We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or tags removed. If you do receive an order without tags then please let us know on the same day if you wish to return them.
When we receive your items we will process refunds immediately, but please allow up to 14 days for funds to be credited back to your account. We will be happy to refund you the amount you paid for the items but not the postage to or from our offices.
If you have worn the goods or if they have been damaged after purchase then unfortunately we will not be able to refund or exchange them.
The goods are the customer’s responsibility until they reach us, therefore we suggest that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods when returning them.
